In the course of providing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that RIKE International Inc. may use Shopify to Process the Personal Data. RIKE International Inc.’s use of any specific Shopify to process the Personal Data must be in compliance with Data Protection Legislation and must be governed by a contract between RIKE International Inc. and Shopify.
